It’s been a busy couple of months! Bob and I spent 3 weeks in March in the Hauraki Gulf with other sailors in New Zealand and a little site seeing in Sydney, Australia. We were on a 43 foot boat which we shared with a couple from New Hampshire and a guy from Australia. There were 7 boats in the group. It was a Share the Sail trip sponsored by Latitudes and Attitudes magazine. Tom Brownell (from New Hampshire and the one selected to be our captain) was complaining about how long it took him to read his book, so I taught him the “Above the Line” hint and he was instantly faster and quite pleased.
